An honest read on every job before you apply, and the tools to turn the right ones into interviews. No false hope, no guesswork.
Most job searches are wasted on applications that were going nowhere. We kill the waste — point you where you've got a real shot and then help you win those roles. We put your resume, cover letter, and interview prep to work on the ones that can actually land.
The world doesn't have a talent shortage — it has a talent-identification problem. We're building toward a world where “qualified” is easy to find, so the right people and the right roles reach each other faster — on both sides of the desk.
Synthalyst launched in 2026, built by developers and HR professionals who kept seeing the same problem: talented people losing out because their resumes didn't speak the right language.
We built a platform to solve it. Our flagship product, Synthalyst Match, reads the job description and tells you whether you have a real chance at the interview — Qualified, Stretch, or Not Qualified. Synthalyst Optimize then tailors your resume for the jobs worth your time. Synthalyst Prime polishes your LinkedIn profile for the roles you want next, and Interview Prep lets you practice with realistic mock interviews.
The first version of Synthalyst Match scored resumes like every other tool does. The score was a useful first check — but it never answered the question that mattered: would you get the interview? In over 10 years of hiring, that's not a question I ever settled with a keyword score. Recruiters read resumes. We rebuilt the product to do the same — on top of the score, not instead of it. The new version is in open beta as of May 2026.
From answers to resume changes, you always see exactly what we did and why.
Every optimization is user-confirmed. We never change your resume without your approval.
We focus on fewer, better-matched results instead of overwhelming you with noise.
We ship fast, listen to feedback, and iterate. Our tools get smarter as you use them.
Synthalyst is designed for professionals and organizations everywhere. Our tools work across industries, roles, and geographies — because great career tools shouldn't be limited by location.
