4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Pricing

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Prices for our Services are subject to change upon 30 days' notice.

4.2 Subscription Terms

Some of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Synthalyst, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breaching these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by U.S. state privacy laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
